Refund Policy
Short version: you have 7 days to change your mind, no justification needed. Brazilian law requires it, and we honour it without argument.
1. Right of withdrawal
Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code guarantees 7 calendar days from purchase to withdraw from any purchase made outside a physical store — which includes this one.
Within that window you need give no reason, and the amount is refunded in full. Having read the whole book does not remove that right.
2. How to request
Reply to the receipt Stripe sent you, or write to acesso@fuckofftherules.com from the same email used at purchase.
There is no form, no phone call and no retention step. One email is enough.
We process within 5 business days. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card network, typically 5 to 10 business days.
3. What happens to access
Access to the book ends when the refund is processed, including on sessions already open.
If you buy again later, access returns normally.
4. After 7 days
Outside the legal window we still review requests case by case — a technical problem that prevented reading, a duplicate charge, a purchase made by mistake.
Duplicate charges and delivery failures on our side are always refunded, with no time limit.
5. Card disputes
If you open a dispute with your bank, access ends automatically while the case runs.
Before doing that, write to us: a direct refund is faster for you and cheaper for us.
