Terms of Use
These terms govern the purchase and reading of the book "Fuck-off the Rules", sold by MRM Soluções LTDA at fuckofftherules.com. By purchasing, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
Lifetime reading access to the digital book on the web platform, in Portuguese and English. It is not a downloadable file: it is a reader in your browser.
Payment is one-time. There is no subscription, recurring charge or automatic renewal.
Updates and revisions to the book are included at no additional cost.
2. Access is personal
Access belongs to the person who bought it, identified by the email used at purchase. There is no password: entry is via a link sent to that email.
You may read on up to 3 simultaneous devices. Signing in on a fourth ends the oldest session automatically.
Sharing your access, reselling or redistributing the content is not permitted and may result in termination without refund.
3. Copyright
The book's content is protected by copyright and belongs to the author. Buying grants the right to read, not to copy, publish, translate or create derivative works.
Quoting short passages with attribution, as with any book, is legitimate and welcome.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party failures and instability happen.
If the service becomes unavailable for a prolonged period with no resolution, you may request a refund even outside the withdrawal window.
5. Termination
We may terminate access in cases of payment fraud, improper chargeback or sharing at scale.
You may request deletion of your account at any time via the email below.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumer matters follow the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
